It didn't take long for the PGA Tour to amend its earlier Thursday statement that the TPC would be played today and through Sunday without spectators. Late in the day, the tour cancelled the final three rounds in Ponte Vedra, plus the next four events scheduled to be played over the next three weeks. 

    The Masters would be next, and the honchos in Augusta are implementing a wait-and-see stance before announcing their intentions. Chances are that event will be cancelled, too, or, at the least, postponed.
