Everything comes to he who waits. It's an old adage, and it worked for Ted Potter in connection to the U. S. Open.
Ted exited qualifying in Columbus last week as the No. 1 alternate and this morning he's already listed in the body of the Open field at Shinnecock Hills in Southampton, Long Island.
