Osten Waite of Ocala missed the cut at the Neuquen Argentina Classic on the Latinoamerica Tour, shooting 72-79-151, 7 over par. The cut line came at 1 over par. Osten fell from 46th to 70th in the Totalplay Cup standings.  

    The son of long-time PGA Tour pro Grant Waite will be back in action this week at the $175,000 Scotia Wealth Management Chile Open presented by Volvo. 

    Manuel Torres, who visits and plays in Ocala often and has friends here shot 72-69-74-77-292, four over par, and tied for 46th. He dropped from 26th to 45th in the Totalplay Cup standings. Manuel will pass up the event in Chile.
