Jackpot Continues to Soar

    MIAMI GARDENS - The 20-cent Rainbow 6 went unsolved for the 21st consecutive racing day at Gulfstream Park West Sunday, and the carryover jackpot jumped to $362,757 for the return of live racing on Wednesday.

    First post on the eight-race program is 1 p.m.


    Multiple tickets with all six winners were each worth $1,206.

    The Rainbow 6 was solved at Gulfstream Park for a $2.2 million jackpot payoff Sept. 27 after going unsolved for 47 consecutive racing days.

    NOTES: Magic Stables LLC’s Bella Ciao, who finished fourth in last summer’s Gr. I Spinaway, returned from a seven-month layoff to win a seven-furlong allowance race Sunday, getting up in the final yards over Dancie while covering the distance in 1:23.45 . . . Bella Ciao ($8) was one of three winners for leading jockey Leonel Reyes. He also won aboard Stormy Boss ($3.40) in the second and Go Gator Girl Go ($6.20) in the fifth.
