AMO Racing USA’s Affirmative Lady is on track for a berth in the Kentucky Oaks after taking Saturday’s $255,000, Gr. II Gulfstream Oaks. The 3-year-old daughter of Arrogate overcame a rough break, moved up on the turn to reach contention, then rallied down the stretch to score her first stakes victory by two lengths. Fellow OBS graduate Flakes (April ’22) checked in third. Affirmative Lady has compiled a 6-2-1-2 record and has earned $270,568 for trainer Graham Motion.

    Consigned by Scanlon Training & Sales, Agent, to the 2022 OBS Spring Sale, she went through the ring after breezing an Under Tack eighth in :10 2/5.
