Betbestbreeze has a boatload of runners scheduled to compete around the country today, including 10 first-time starters and seven stakes horses, three of the latter going at Saratoga. And Mike Mulligan prepped for the weekend on Friday with a rare accomplishment.

    The 10th race at the Spa was the $100,000 Skidmore Stakes, a black-type race at 5 1/2 furlongs on the grass. BBB had no less than four horses listed for the race, and amazingly they finished 1-2-3-4. Another Miracle won by 1 3/4 lengths as the second choice and paid $7.10, and Proven Strategies was second at odds of 10-1. The favorite, Montauk Daddy, was third and 20-1 shot Memorable completed the memorable superfecta.

    The $2 exacta paid $54.50, the $2 trifecta $90.48, and the $1 superfecta $235. Earlier on the card, Prairie Fire won the fourth race and paid $7.

    Today should prove to be very interesting.
