Memorial's Top 5 Playing in South Carolina, Along With Dustin and Potter
Tuesday, June 8, 2021

The top five finishers in the Memorial - minus Jon Rahm, who should have been the winner - are back this week for a new event on the PGA Tour schedule, the $7.3 million Palmetto Championship at Congaree in South Carolina.

Patrick Cantlay, who won in a playoff over Collin Morikawa after Rahm withdrew with a 5-five-stroke lead due to a positive Covid test, along with third-place Scottie Scheffler, fourth-place Branden Grace and fifth-place Patrick Reed, are sure to love the Congaree Golf Club layout, which has to be among the prettiest on Tour, or anywhere else. They'll be joined by Dustin Johnson, Brooks Koepka, Tommy Fleetwood, Ian Poulter and Ocala's Ted Potter, making his first start in four weeks. Ted goes in with $334,128 in the bank this season, putting him 164th on the PGA Tour money list.

Aside from Koepka, Seminole Hank Lebioda is playing, as are Gators Matt Every, Camilo Villegas and Brian Gay.
