Rowland Drops Back in Biloxi

    Roger Rowland added a 76 to his opening-round 74 in the Rapiscan System Classic in Biloxi, and is well down the list in the $1.6 million Champions Tour event - tied for 67th in the field of 77 players.

    Roger began on the back nine and double bogeyed 11 and bogeyed 16 for 3-over 39. On  the front, he took a bogey on No. 4, then birdied No. 7  and bogeyed 18 for 1-over 37. 

    Steven Alker sizzled to a 10-under 61 Saturday and leads at 11-under 133. He's one better than Bob Estes (70-64-134) and three up on Paul Broadhurst and Retief Goosen, both 8 under. 

    Gators: Brian Gay: 72-68-140, 4 under, tied for 18th; Chris DiMarco: 74-72-146, 2 over, tied for 49th; Scott Dunlap: 76-71-147, 3 over, tied for 55th. Mark Calcavecchia withdrew.
