HALLANDALE BEACH - For the 44th consecutive day, Gulfstream Park’s 20-cent Rainbow 6 went unsolved, leaving a carryover of $2,288,399 when racing resumes Thursday with a 1:15 p.m. first race post.

    Multiple winning tickets Sunday returned $4,105 on a day when there was $251,125 of new money put into the Rainbow 6. There will also be a Super Hi 5 carryover Thursday of $3,730.

     Thursday’s sequence kicks off with the fourth race, a $10,000 maiden claimer for fillies and mares going one mile on the main track. Also included will be two one-mile turf events for Florida-bred maidens.

      The opportunity for a major Stronach two-track score is still alive, since Santa Anita's jackpot carryover has reached $1,161,294.  comments powered by Disqus
