Sharma Still Leads at WGC - Mexico
Sunday, March 4, 2018

Shubhankar Sharma didn't fold in the third round of the World Golf Championships - Mexico, adding a 69 to his previous rounds of 65 and 66 for a 13-under 200, and a two-stroke lead over a quartet that includes Phil Mickelson and Sergio Garcia. Another stroke back in a tie for sixth at 10 under are Dustin Johnson, Pat Perez, Brian Harman and Xander Schauffele. Justin Thomas is alone in 10th at 9 under.

So, heading into today's finale, there are nine players within four shots of Sharma, and it will be considered a major life-changing achievement if he can hold them off for 18 more holes.

Seminole Daniel Berger has posted rounds of 69-68-72-209, 4 under.
